Maintenance/Grounds keepers needed.
Must be able to do physical labor, run equipment (tractors, zero turn mowers), mow, weed whack, and light construction. Must be able to follow instructions and work independently. Must being able to lift 40-50 lbs. Candidates must be hard-working, prompt, and punctual; Self-Starters preferred. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work with others. Must have reliable transportation and a driver's license. Seasonal position from April through November. Some weekends and evenings required. Compensation is dependent on experience. References required.
Compensation $19 per hour to $22 per hour
