The Altamont Fair is pleased to offer the 2019 Exhibitor Guidebook. Be sure to check out all the departments; there are many opportunities for you to exhibit and compete at the Altamont Fair. Please be sure to read the Rules and Departments carefully, information is updated every year and we want to be sure you are up to date.

There are several contests that do not require advance entry, read the department carefully to adhere to all the requirements. If you have any specific questions in a Department, please contact the Superintendent in charge; for general questions contact the Entry Office.
Please read the General Rules and Regulations first for important entry, camping and ticket information.
MAILED ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY JULY 26, 2019
HAND DELIVERED ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2 P.M. MONDAY JULY 29, 2019
ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL MIDNIGHT SUNDAY AUGUST 4, 2019
The Main Office will be open will be accepting mail and/or hand delivered entries: 9:00 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday starting July 15 and continuing until July 29.
NOTE: The Entry office will be open Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28 from 9 AM to 2 PM for acceptance of hand delivered entries prior to closing hand deliveries Monday July 29 at 2 PM.
The Entry Office hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM, starting Friday, August 9 and continue each day until Sunday, August 18. Additional office hours will be at the request of the department superintendent only. The main office (Administration Building) will NOT be available to address entry office issues during our off hours so please be sure to visit the entry office during our hours of operation during the Fair. Exhibitor ticket purchases (which includes wrist bands) may only be obtained in the Entry Office.
Exhibitor tickets will be available beginning Friday, August 9.
Purchase of wrist band tickets for exhibitors only will be limited to the person submitting an entry and will be available from August 9 up to and including August 18 only at the Entry Office.
We are doing our best to “Go Green” and as a result, are no longer printing complete Exhibitor Guidebooks. This saves the environment as well as reduces cost. Please take advantage of this online version.
